At 9.30 am we had breakfast as usual. We took the bus to school at 11.45. Before school a few of us went on writing the blog. At school we talked about green future- hydropower, solar panels, wind turbines global warming and we had to work in pairs. We learned new things about renewable energy. At 3.00 pm we started our trip to Mdina. First we watched a glass factory in Ta Qali Crafts village where a few man prepared glass. There was a glass shop, too where we saw a lot of incredible things and also saw how they made glass figures. We also went in a jewellery shop, we were lucky to watch a man making silver things with his hands. The next stop was the Dingli Cliffs. From there the view was very beautiful and breathtaking although it was misty and windy. There we could try some traditional sweets. Then the guide led us to the island’s oldest city, Mdina. We heard a lot of interesting stories about the city for example it’s the furthest from the sea. At about 7.00 pm everyone returned to their host families. It was a very long day and we were all exhausted, but still loved every minute.
